To ensure a smooth submission process, please review this Guest Post Agreement ("Agreement") carefully. By submitting your work, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Review Process

We strive to review all submissions within four (4) business days. However, submission does not guarantee publication. We reserve the right to decline, modify, or edit any content at our sole discretion. If a submission is not accepted, we may notify you so you can make revisions and resubmit.

2. Post and Article Guidelines

Post Guidelines (Up to 300 Words)

  • Must be free of spelling and grammatical errors.
  • Must be original and free of plagiarism.
  • Must not violate copyrights, patents, or trademarks.
  • Must not contain offensive, unlawful, or threatening content.
  • Must not include promotional material, links, or images.
  • Must be search engine optimized with proper headings and paragraphs.
  • Must present statements as factual and supported by evidence.
  • Must be submitted in Microsoft Word format.

Article Guidelines (301 to 2,500 Words)

  • Must follow all post guidelines.
  • Must be unique and not previously published elsewhere.
  • May include links only for authoritative sources to support claims.
  • Must be formatted with appropriate headings and structure.

3. Ownership and Credit

Authors retain ownership of their content. However, by submitting your work, you grant Finder's Friend LLC an exclusive right to publish, modify, distribute, and display the content. You may republish the content on your website after it has been published on our platform.

A short author bio (maximum 300 words) will be included with accepted articles.

4. Publishing Schedule

Accepted articles will be scheduled for publication at our discretion. We reserve the right to make necessary edits, which will be communicated to the author before publication.

5. Promotion and Engagement

Once published, authors may promote their work through newsletters, social media, and website links.

6. Legal Disclaimer

By submitting content, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You act as an independent contractor and not as an employee of Finder's Friend LLC.
  • You will not claim Finder's Friend LLC as a partner, agent, or endorser of your services.
  • Finder's Friend LLC is not responsible for any liabilities or legal issues arising from your content.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Authors grant Finder's Friend LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and modify the content in any format.

8. Limitation of Liability

Finder's Friend LLC, its affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your content.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Finder's Friend LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your content submission.

10. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in California courts, and you waive the right to a jury trial.

11. Updates and Amendments

We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued submission of content after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
