1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available within 20 days from the date you receive your completed digital product. To qualify for a refund, one of the following conditions must be met:

  • Product Not as Described – The digital product does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
  • Technical Issues – The product contains significant bugs or errors that prevent its intended use and cannot be reasonably fixed.
  • Non-Delivery – The customer did not receive the product due to a system failure or technical error.
  • Unauthorized Purchase – The order was placed without the customer's consent (e.g., fraud or accidental purchase).
  • Misleading Advertising – The product was marketed in a way that led to incorrect expectations about its features or capabilities.
  • Incompatibility – The digital product is not compatible with the customer's hardware or software, provided that compatibility requirements were not clearly stated before purchase.
  • Poor Performance – The product performs significantly worse than advertised or expected based on the provided information.
  • General Dissatisfaction – Refund requests based on general dissatisfaction must be submitted within 20 days of receiving the product.

All refund requests are subject to verification by our support team.

2. Order Cancellation

Before Delivery:

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been fulfilled (i.e., the digital product has not been delivered).

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 5 days of payment, as our standard turnaround time for digital product delivery is approximately 10 days.

After Delivery:

Orders cannot be canceled once the digital product has been sent to you.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 20 days of receiving a valid refund request.
  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order.
  • No additional fees will be incurred for refunds.

4. Errors & Order Issues

  • Errors in Your Order: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
  • Pricing & Service Updates: We continually update our offerings and pricing, but we reserve the right to modify prices, correct errors, or adjust service details as needed.
