Your Event Flyer Page includes:

• An easy-to-read event summary with date, time, location, and event information

• A QR code that opens your Event Page directly
• Review and testing before delivery
• Online availability through your event date and for 7 days after the event

How the Service Works

1. Purchase the Service. Complete your purchase of the Finder’s Friend® Event Flyer Page Service.

2. Submit Your Flyer. After purchase, complete the Customer Information Form with your event details and upload your finished event flyer.

3. We Review Your Submission. Finder’s Friend® reviews your flyer and event information for completeness, readability, and compliance with our content requirements. If clarification or correction is needed, we’ll contact you.

4. We Create Your Event Page. Finder’s Friend® creates and tests your public Event Flyer Page, shareable Event Page link, and QR code.

5. We Publish and Deliver Your Event Page. Finder’s Friend® publishes your completed event flyer online as a public Event Flyer Page. After the page has been created, reviewed, and tested, we email you the shareable Event Page URL and QR code. Delivery is within 3 business days after payment and receipt of a complete Event Flyer submission. Your Event Flyer Page will remain available through the event date and for 7 days afterward.



6. Share Your Event. You can copy and share your Event Page link by email, text message, social media, or anywhere else you promote your event. Your QR code can also be used on printed announcements, posters, programs, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
