Our services involve research, concept development, prototyping, testing, and solution design. Due to the exploratory and developmental nature of these services, refund eligibility is limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 20 days from the date deliverables are provided.

A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Material Deviation from Scope: The delivered work significantly differs from the agreed project description or requirements
  • Technical Failure or Non-Delivery: Deliverables were not received due to system failure or technical error
  • Unauthorized Transaction: The order was placed without your authorization
  • Unresolved Critical Issue: A substantial issue prevents reasonable use of the deliverable and cannot be resolved through standard revisions

Due to the nature of research and development services, the following do not qualify for refunds:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction or change of preference
  • Differences in interpretation, expectations, or outcomes
  • Results that vary due to experimental, conceptual, or exploratory processes
  • Decisions not to implement or use the provided deliverables

All refund requests are subject to review and verification by our support team.

2. Order Cancellation

Before Work Progression

You may request cancellation within 5 days of payment, provided that work has not substantially progressed.

After Work Has Begun

Once research, development, or design work has commenced, cancellation may not be possible due to the allocation of time, resources, and intellectual effort.

After Delivery

Orders cannot be canceled once deliverables have been provided.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through our Customer Support Form on the Website.

3. Revisions and Issue Resolution

Before issuing a refund, we may attempt to resolve concerns through reasonable revisions or clarification of deliverables.

Additional revisions beyond the original scope may require additional fees.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 20 days of validation.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
  • No additional processing fees will be charged by Finder’s Friend LLC

5. Errors, Pricing, and Policy Updates

Finder’s Friend LLC reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
  • Correct pricing errors or inaccuracies
  • Modify services, pricing, or policy terms at any time without prior notice
