• The Company does not guarantee that an AI-generated product will be free from errors or meet 100% of a customer's expectations.
• Edits and modifications are available through our support team, but excessive requests may require additional fees.

5. Refund Policy & Chargebacks

• Refunds are only granted per our Refund Policy.
• Valid refund reasons include technical issues, non-delivery, unauthorized purchase, or significant discrepancies between the description and the final product.
• Subjective dissatisfaction is not a valid reason for a refund unless the product fails to meet the requested specifications.

• The estimated delivery timeframe is up to 14 days from the date of order submission.
• If we foresee a delay beyond 14 days, you will be notified, and you may choose a revised delivery date or request a refund.
• Digital products will be delivered via email or customer-specified format.

8. Order Cancellation

• You may cancel an order within 5 days of payment only if the digital product has not yet been delivered.
• To request a cancellation, submit a Customer Support Form on our website.
• Once a digital product is delivered, cancellation is not permitted.
