5. Refund Policy & Chargebacks

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Valid refund considerations may include:

  • Material deviation from agreed scope

Subjective dissatisfaction alone does not qualify for a refund unless the delivered work significantly fails to align with the agreed requirements.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us for resolution will be disputed. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in service termination and possible legal action.

6. Customer Responsibilities & Content Restrictions

  • Standard timelines may extend up to 14 days or longer depending on the nature of the work
  • You will be notified of delays and provided with updated expectations

Deliverables may be provided in digital formats or as otherwise agreed.

9. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation within 5 days of payment, provided work has not been substantially completed or delivered.

Once work has progressed significantly or deliverables have been provided, cancellation may not be possible.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through our Customer Support Form.

10. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Updates

We strive for accuracy in all descriptions and services; however:

  • Errors or omissions may occur
  • We reserve the right to correct, update, or modify information at any time without prior notice

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
